Number of Sites Covered

Our Basic and Pro Packages include one WordPress site. If you have a separate installation such as a forum, shopping cart, or membership system these are considered a separate site. Example, WordPress installed with aMember and vBulletin would be considered 3 websites & covered in the Premium Packages.

WordPress Security

We perform weekly security checks and fixes to keep your site secure. Plus, we address any known vulnerabilities. For example, if a plugin or theme you are using is found to be a security risk we will update or delete it right away.

Weekly Maintenance

Every week we take care of your site’s updates, which includes your WordPress files, WordPress plugins and WordPress themes.

Spam Management

In Professional, Super and Premium package we will check your site weekly and delete any obvious spam for you.

Lockout Releases & Uptime Monitoring

If you get locked out or blacklisted from of your site, we are available to reset your login for you. Note: Each request is considered as one Support Ticket. We also monitor and get notified if your site goes offline.

Scheduled Backups

We schedule and maintain backups for your site, including daily database backups AND full-site backups. All backups are stored offsite for security.

Hacker Safeguard

If your site gets hacked we fix it for free. We do not use an auto-cleanup script. Our security professionals will removal all Malware/Viruses and close any known security holes. Plus, we scan your site daily for malware, blacklisting, DNS changes, WHOIS changes, and SSL Certification changes.

Startup Fee

Complete setup of your website’s security including over 100+ items, such as an audit of your cPanel and WordPress files, server permissions, ftp accounts, and WordPress user accounts. Then we tighten your site’s security to help keep hackers out.

Database Optimization

We keep your database operating faster and more efficiently by removing post/page revisions, orphaned postmeta, commentmeta, dashboard transient feeds and optimize your database overhead weekly.

Security Plugin Configuration

We install security plugins we personally use and trust. Then we configure them for maximum security to help keep your website safe.

Comment Moderation

Every week we check your site for pending comments and approve the relevant ones. Plus, we remove comment spam on a weekly basis.

System Tweaks

We fix any conflicts due to plugin or theme incompatibilities (also known as the White Screen of Death). Example, if you install a plugin and it breaks your site we will fix it for you. Note: Each request is considered as one Support Ticket.

Priority Customer Support

You get 30 support tickets a month (see above), plus your own personal Skype group to speak directly with our support technicians.

Support Tickets

You can submit a support ticket to our technicians for help with installing/configuring a plugin, make a small change to your theme, adding a new widget, etc. Note: Timeframe is limited 15 minutes of support per ticket.
